Who we are
SkillsPro360 is a learning platform operated by Oculis Services (“we”, “us”). We deliver Harvard Online courses together with live sessions and practice. SkillsPro360 and Oculis Services are not Harvard University. This policy explains what personal information we collect on skillspro360.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the Help Me Choose form, the Partner With Us form, or email us, we receive what you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, role, country, message and any CV or résumé you choose to upload.
- Enrollment information. When you enroll, we collect the details needed to register you with Harvard Online and to arrange live sessions, invoicing and delivery of your certificate, including your postal address.
- Learner login. If you use the learner area, we process the details needed to show your enrolled courses.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider and font provider automatically receive basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you load a page. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and recommend suitable courses.
- To enroll you, arrange live sessions and practice, and send your certificate.
- To prepare proposals and invoices for you or your employer.
- To send you information about our courses, only where you have asked for it or where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to deliver our services:
- Harvard Online, to register you on your course and issue your certificate.
- Our delivery partners (Voca and maxme), to run live sessions and practice.
- Service providers who help us run the site, process forms, send email and handle payments.
- Your employer, if your employer is paying for or managing your enrollment.
We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
We work with learners and partners in many countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. CVs submitted through Help Me Choose are used only to recommend courses and are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email contact@skillspro360.com. We will reply within the time required by the law that applies to you.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our courses are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
