About these terms
These terms apply to your use of skillspro360.com and to courses you buy through SkillsPro360, a platform operated by Oculis Services (“we”, “us”). By using the site or enrolling, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
SkillsPro360 delivers Harvard Online courses together with live sessions and practice. SkillsPro360 and Oculis Services are not Harvard University, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Harvard University. Course content is delivered under license.
Enrollment
- Your place is confirmed once we have received your enrollment details and payment, or a signed proposal from your employer.
- You must give accurate information when you enroll, as it is used to register you with Harvard Online and to issue your certificate.
- Course dates, faculty and content are set by Harvard Online and our delivery partners, and may change.
Fees and payment
- Fees are shown in US dollars unless we tell you otherwise.
- For Executive Programs, you may pay in full or in three interest-free installments. Discounts apply only when you pay in full.
- Organizations are invoiced according to the proposal they accept.
Cancellations and refunds
Refunds and transfers follow the terms set out in your enrollment confirmation or your organization’s agreement with us. If you need to cancel, email contact@skillspro360.com as early as possible.
Certificates
Certificates are issued by Harvard Online when you meet the course completion requirements. SkillsPro360 does not issue or change Harvard Online certificates. For Executive Programs, we post the hard copy to the address you give us.
Your conduct
Please take part respectfully in live sessions and online activities, do your own work, and do not share your course access with anyone else.
Intellectual property
Course content belongs to Harvard Online and its licensors. Site content, the SkillsPro360 name and our logo belong to Oculis Services. You may use course materials for your own learning only, and may not copy, share or resell them.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the course concerned.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
